Client Administration allows you to customize client records in Clarity as well as manage content viewable by clients. Client tags, phone types, delivery types can be customized in the system . You can also make worksheets and other useful files available to clients. Finally if you need to merge client records, you can do it in the client administration as well. To access the client administration you have to have to be assigned system admin role and you can access it by going to the Administration Menu and then click on Client.
