Email to Staff

Email to Staff

Clarity Practice Management, purposefully avoids emails to staff to reduce the email clutter.  Email is also an inefficient way to keep track of things to work on.  Instead, all notifications, such as internal notes, go to the notification screen on the dashboard.  This creates an efficient notification list right in Clarity, that the user can checkoff items when they are done processing them.  This reduces the need to jump back and forth from email to Clarity.

Staff, should utilize the dashboard and use the Workflow Tasks and Notifications as their to do list everyday.
